ABOUT

Greg Mest is an experienced technology and business professional with over 25 years of experience in IT, including web design and development, client and server build and support, technical project management and 10 years of ServiceNow architecture, development and administration. He has deep knowledge across the ServiceNow platform, with particular experience in the ITIL/ITSM and CSM suites, varied integrations, and custom application development. He has excellent communication and problem solving skills, and process improvement experience, allowing him to quickly and consistently solve problems and provide innovative solutions.

In 2019, Greg obtained the ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification, as a graduate of the first-ever program cohort.

In 2021, Greg used his experience and entrepreneurship to start MOGE Consulting Company, an independent ServiceNow advisory focusing on strategy, implementation and maintenance.
